From the start of my career I worked directly with CEOs, COOs, management teams and venture capital investors — translating strategic ambitions into something the organisation could actually execute. That pattern never really changed.

After those early projects I joined a boutique consultancy in Germany, where I worked on M&A, restructuring, turnarounds and transformation for multinationals across automotive, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and retail. The environments were demanding, the stakes were real, and the teams were genuinely international — colleagues and clients from Europe, Latin America, the US, Australia, India, etc. That breadth shaped how I think and how I work.

I founded Ana Krunić Consulting because I wanted to bring that same quality of thinking and execution to companies directly — without the overhead, without the playbook, and with full ownership of every engagement I take on. When I commit to a project, I treat it as my own problem to solve. That’s not a figure of speech. I’m the person still working through your challenge on a Saturday morning walk because I can’t leave something unfinished.

What makes me different is not just experience — it’s perspective. I’m fluent in five languages and have spent my life moving between cultures, which means I read rooms differently, build trust across very different environments, and don’t make the mistake of applying a Dutch or German framework to a situation that needs something else entirely. I’m also genuinely curious about people — their motivations, the psychology behind how teams and organisations behave — and that informs everything I do.

Outside of work: over two decades of competitive swimming, a background in multiple sports from a young age, and a daily practice of yoga, fitness and time in nature. A deep interest in psychology, self-development and continuous learning. These things are not separate from how I work — the discipline, the resilience, the ability to stay clear under pressure — it all comes from the same place.
